Hope must not fade.
A Pathway Through Pain exists because no family should face their hardest journey alone.
Inspired by the life, courage and legacy of Jenise Payas, the charity was created to support very sick children and families facing illness, treatment and uncertainty.
What began as a personal story of love and loss became a commitment to help others walking their own difficult pathway.
Today, that commitment continues through fundraising challenges, community support and practical assistance for families when they need it most.
Why We Exist
Serious illness affects more than a patient.
It affects parents. Brothers and sisters. Grandparents. Friends. Entire families.
Hospital appointments, treatment plans, travel, financial pressure and emotional exhaustion become part of everyday life.
